What is Vision Insurance?

A health and wellness plan designed to reduce your costs for routine preventive eye care including eye exams and prescription eye wear (eyeglasses and contact lenses).

Plan Rules:

Eligibility: Eligible full-time employees working 20 or more hours per week, spouse, and dependent children* (up to age 26)
Coverage through MetLife
Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the date of service
