What is Vision Insurance?
A health and wellness plan designed to reduce your costs for routine preventive eye care including eye exams and prescription eye wear (eyeglasses and contact lenses).
Plan Rules:

Eligibility: Full-time employees working 20 or more hours per week, spouse, and dependent children* (up to age 26)
